⚽️ PSG Is Wearing Arabic-Printed Jerseys For Its Historic Qatar Match!

• Enjoyed the PSG vs AS Monaco match on Sunday? So did everyone! This was the first time PSG faced its rival in Doha for the Trophée des Champions at Stade 974. It's their first official game in Qatar since QSI acquired the club in 2011! 🇶🇦 ⚽️ 

• But that wasn’t the only first 👀 PSG players also wore jerseys with their names in Arabic, honoring Qatar’s cultural heritage, marking a historic moment for the club.

• ✍️ The Arabic name prints were designed by renowned Qatari artist Fatma Al Sharshani, who began collaborating with PSG starting March 2023.

• PSG’s initiative celebrates Qatar’s culture and strengthens their connection with fans and international partners 👏 

• 🏟️ The match was held at Stade 974, a venue built for the 2022 FIFA World Cup, meaning it held lots of important memories for Qataris.

• Before the match, PSG players explored Qatar’s culture: bonding with falcons, enjoying Arabic coffee, riding camels, and wearing traditional Qatari attire 🐫🐫
